Our Single Cell Core provides analysis of transcriptomics, proteomics and epigenomics at the single cell level. We provide a comprehensive approach for cell characterization and gene expression profiling for up to thousands of cells at a time. Gain the capability to characterize cell populations, cell surface markers, chromatin structure, T and B cell receptor sequences, and more on an individual cell by cell basis.
