The Innovative Technologies Development (ITD) Core provides a complete turnkey service for generating custom Genetically Engineered Mouse Models (GEMM) primarily using CRISPR/Cas9 technology. Services include genetic engineering in mice using CRISPR/Cas9, classical transgenesis and transgenic vector design, and genome engineering assistance in cell lines.
