The ITD Core offers a complete "turnkey" service for generating custom Genetically Engineered Mouse Models (GEMM), from targeting strategy design and reagent synthesis to microinjection and genotyping. Services include CRISPR/Cas9 mouse model generation, cell line genome engineering, and classical transgenesis, with expert consultation provided at every stage. To date, the core has generated over 250 mouse strains supporting high-impact publications and successful grant applications.
