MWRI’s Genome Editing, Transgenic, and Virus (GETV) Core Facility provides leadership, technical expertise, advice, and training for investigators both within and outside the University of Pittsburgh community. The core is comprised of three functional sections: Molecular cloning (plasmid, virus, CRISPR/Cas9), Viral vectors (lentivirus, adenovirus, adeno-associated virus), and Animal services (transgenic, knockout, cryopreservation, re-derivation, and more).
