The Pittsburgh Center for CryoEM provides access to state-of-the-art cryo-electron microscopy to support biomedical research at the University of Pittsburgh and for local researchers. High-resolution maps of protein complexes allow detailed structures to be developed for advancing understanding of biological processes that underlay healthy and disease states.
