Dietrich School Materials X-ray Crystallography Facility

X-ray diffraction facility for determining the structures of organic, organometallic, and inorganic compounds.

The X-Ray Crystallography Lab, located in the Chemistry Instrumentation Center on the 4th floor of Chevron Science Center, is equipped with two Bruker diffractometers for determining crystal structures of organic, organometallic, and inorganic compounds. Over 2,200 structures have been determined in the lab, serving researchers from the Department of Chemistry and beyond.
