The Health Sciences Sequencing Core (HSSC) at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh is a full-service genomics facility providing expert support for next-generation sequencing and spatial transcriptomics. Our experienced staff partner with investigators from project design through data generation, offering sample preparation, library construction, sequencing, and advanced spatial genomics workflows using state-of-the-art Illumina and 10x Genomics technologies. We specialize in challenging and low-input samples and are committed to delivering high-quality, reproducible data that accelerates biomedical discovery.
