This tungsten filament TEM is capable of 120 KV accelerating voltage imaging. It is equipped with two cameras. One for large field of view fast acquisition, the other one is a direct-mounting AMT camera for high resolution image acquisition. HC and HR modes allow high contrast and high-resolution imaging.
