Malvern ITC-200

The Malvern ITC-200 isothermal titration calorimeter is used to measure the thermodynamics of molecule-molecule interactions. This is done by titrating a receptor sample with a ligand and measuring the amount of power required to keep the sample cell and reference cell at the same temperature. Typical applications include protein-ligand interactions and the binding of small molecules to polymers.
