The Cary 5000 is a research grade dual-beam UV-vis-NIR spectrophotometer (180-3200nm) with enhanced light throughput and detector sensitivity. The instrument can be equipped with Peltier temperature control or variable angle specular reflectance (VASRA) accessories.
