The Bruker 7T MRI scanner is located in the Hillman Cancer Center animal facility. The 7 Tesla 30-cm USR magnet is equipped with Bruker BGA-12s gradient set capible of 400 mT/m gradient strength. It is interfaced with a Bruker AVANCE AV3 console with two transmitter channels and four receiver channels, running ParaVision 6.0.1 software. There is a full complement of imaging methods and RF coisl to carry out state-of-the-art MRI on rodent models, tissues and phantoms.
