The New Brunswick Bioflow 3000 fermentor is used for either batch production of large volumes of cells (up yo 15L) or can be used as a chemostat for production of biological products under controlled, steady-state conditions. The instrument controls agitation, pH, pO2, and temperature as well as up to four channels for addition of nutrients, anti-foam, and so on.
