The Beckman Avanti J20XP is a superspeed centrifuge intended for the isolation of cells, organelles, and other subcellular fractions in a temperature controlled environment. A variety of rotors are available: JA-10 (17,000xG, 6x500mL), JLA-16.250 (38,400 xG, 5x250mL), JA-18 (47,900xG, 10x100mL), JA-21 (50,400xG, 18x10mL), and JA-25.50 (75,600xG, 8x50mL).
